AI for the tolerance-driven floor.

Built for the microns, the tool wear, and the yield that decide whether your next order is profitable.

Tolerances tighten every year. Tooling costs do not get smaller. Skilled CMM operators are scarce and not getting younger. Your margin is in the microns and the yield, not the volume, and the last digital initiative left you with a dashboard nobody opens. We’ve seen this before. We don’t start with a transformation roadmap. We start with one painful part of your floor and make it measurably better.

Specific systems, deployed on your floor.

Each one scoped to your shop, integrated with your existing stack, and built to live or die on measurable data.

01
CMM data analytics
What it does
Mines years of CMM measurements for trends. Surfaces which feature, which machine, which operator is drifting, before it shows up as a reject.
What changes
CMM data becomes intelligence. Drift gets caught early. The hidden patterns in your historical data finally do useful work.
Audit trail
Every trend, every flag, every drift is traceable to the measurement that produced it.
02
Tool-wear prediction
What it does
Predicts insert and tool life from spindle load, vibration, and dimensional drift. Tells you when to change the tool, not after.
What changes
Premature tool changes drop. Late tool changes (and the scrap they cause) drop. Tooling spend gets sharper.
Audit trail
Every prediction logged with the data behind it. Operator decisions captured for review.
03
Yield and scrap intelligence
What it does
Tracks first-pass yield by part, by setup, by shift. Surfaces the patterns in your scrap that nobody had time to see.
What changes
Yield goes up not because anyone tries harder, but because the data tells you where the loss is happening.
Audit trail
Every yield calculation tied back to source measurements. Defensible at any customer audit.
04
Dimensional drift detection
What it does
Watches the dimension trend on every feature, every machine, every operator. Catches drift before it crosses tolerance.
What changes
In-spec parts stay in spec. Scrap drops. Yield rises. The CMM becomes a sensor, not a graveyard for bad parts.
Audit trail
Every alert, every operator action, every adjustment logged. Full trail for customer audits.

A few examples from the work.

Illustrative scenarios drawn from the kinds of shops we know. Specific to precision work, sized like your own floor.

CMM
A grinding shop surfaces a drifting fixture pattern hidden across three years of CMM data.
The fixture was rebuilt. First-pass yield went up. The pattern would never have been found by eye.

TOOL WEAR
A turning shop cuts tooling spend by extending insert life with prediction-based changeouts.
Premature changes stopped. Late changes (and the scrap they caused) stopped. Spend is sharper, yield is calmer.

DRIFT
A bore-finishing line catches a drift trend twenty parts before it would have produced a reject.
Operator adjusts. Tolerance holds. The scrap that did not happen is the kind of saving nobody celebrates but everyone feels.

01
Measurement-grounded
Every prediction is anchored in your actual CMM, your actual measurements, your actual tolerances. Nothing assumed, nothing guessed.
02
Yield-economics aware
We work in the same currency you do. Microns, scrap, yield, tooling spend. Not slides about transformation.
03
Explainable, not black-box
A precision-shop operator deserves to know why the system suggested a tool change. If we can’t show you the reasoning, we don’t ship the recommendation.

No replacement required.

We’ve worked with the kinds of tools aerospace shops actually run. We integrate, you keep working.

Will this work with our existing CMM software?
Yes. We read from PC-DMIS, Calypso, PolyWorks, Modus, QUINDOS exports. We do not require you to switch CMM software or rewrite your inspection programs. We read the data your CMM already produces.
Our CMM data is in Excel. Is that a problem?
No. Excel is where most precision shops have their data, and it is where we start. We do not insist on a fancy database before we deliver value. If you later want a proper data layer, we will help you build one. But Excel is enough to begin.
How long before we see something working?
It depends on the shop, the data quality, and the use case. We don’t promise specific timelines on this page because every shop is different. What we do commit to is a written diagnosis after the first visit, with realistic estimates for your specific situation.
Do you replace our CMM software?
No. Your CMM software stays. Your inspection programs stay. We add an intelligence layer that reads what your CMM already produces and turns it into something useful. We are additive, not replacing.
