AI for the aerospace floor.

Built for the documentation, the inspection, and the audits that decide whether your next program is yours.

A single complex part needs fifty to two hundred pages of paperwork. Your senior engineers spend a quarter of their week generating it. Meanwhile your customer scorecards are tightening, and the last vendor who promised transformation left you with a dashboard nobody opens. We’ve seen this before. We don’t start with a transformation roadmap. We start with one painful part of your floor and make it measurably better.

Specific systems, deployed on your floor.

Each one scoped to your factory, integrated with your existing stack, and built to survive a customer audit on day one.

01
FAI and AS9102 documentation, generated automatically
What it does
Generates first-article inspection reports from your CMM output, machine logs, and material certificates.
What changes
Documentation hours drop from days to hours per part. Senior engineers return to engineering.
Audit trail
Every value is traceable to its source. Every change versioned. Boeing or HAL can follow the lineage.
02
Vision-based pre-inspection
What it does
Cameras and AI clear routine parts before the CMM, flagging only those that need detailed measurement.
What changes
CMM throughput goes up. Inspector workload drops. Routine parts move faster through the cell.
Audit trail
Each decision logged with image, confidence score, and operator override if applied.
03
NDT image triage
What it does
Assists certified inspectors by flagging X-ray, ultrasonic, and dye-penetrant images that need closer review.
What changes
Inspectors focus on the candidates that matter. The certified eye still signs every result.
Audit trail
AI suggestion logged alongside human decision. Customer can see both during a review.
04
Process parameter anomaly detection
What it does
Watches heat-treat cycles, plating-bath chemistry, surface-treatment runs for parameter drift.
What changes
Drift is caught before a batch fails. Scrap drops. Re-runs decline. CAPAs come down.
Audit trail
Every alert and operator action is logged. Customer can verify the control loop.

A few examples from the work.

Illustrative scenarios drawn from the kinds of factories we know. Specific to aerospace, sized like your own shop.

DOCUMENTATION
A landing-gear bracket shop cuts FAI time from fourteen hours to ninety minutes.
Senior engineer time recovered. The same three engineers now handle twice the program load without burnout.

INSPECTION
A precision-machining cell clears seventy percent of routine parts before CMM.
CMM time freed up for the parts that need it. Daily output up. No new headcount.
+34% output
Daily cell throughput

PROCESS
Plating-bath drift caught before a batch fails, twice in three months.
Scrap that would have hit the floor was prevented. CAPA paperwork avoided. Schedule held.

Built for the rules you live by.

01
Audit-survivable by design
Every output is versioned. Every decision logged. Every model traceable and explainable to a Boeing or HAL auditor.
02
On-premise or sovereign cloud
ITAR-aware. DDP-aware. Your IP does not leave the country unless you decide it does. Cloud is optional, never default.
03
Explainable, not black-box
We do not deploy models we cannot justify in a customer audit. If we can’t show you how a decision was made, we don’t ship that decision.

No replacement required.

We’ve worked with the kinds of tools aerospace shops actually run. We integrate, you keep working.

Can the AI be audited by our customer’s quality team?
Yes. Every output is versioned, every decision logged, and every model has a documented validation methodology. Your customer’s auditor can follow the lineage from a single number on a report back to the raw measurement that produced it.
Where does our data live?
Wherever you decide. We default to on-premise installations for aerospace work. If you prefer a sovereign-cloud deployment, we can do that too. Cloud outside India is never the default.
How long before we see something working?
It depends on the cell, the data quality, and the use case. We don’t promise specific timelines on this page because every factory is different. What we do commit to is a written diagnosis after the first visit, with realistic estimates for your specific situation.
Do you replace our existing CMM software or ERP?
No. We integrate with what you have. Replacing a working ERP or CMM mid-program is exactly the kind of risk an aerospace shop should not take. We build on top of your existing stack, not around it.
